Heartfelt Advice for Every Ambitious Youth
I’m often asked in interviews or on social media: “How do I start?” or “How do I keep going?”
The truth is, success isn’t a stroke of luck; it’s the result of simple daily decisions. Here is the
essence of my experience and my advice to every young person who wants to change their life:
● Discipline is the Key: Don’t rely on “mood” or momentary excitement. The secret lies in
sticking to your daily routine, whether in training or work, even on days when you feel
like you have no energy.
● Respect Your Own Journey: Don’t compare your beginning to someone else’s harvest
season. Every professional cyclist or athlete you see today has gone through years of
exhaustion, gaining experience, and learning from mistakes.
● Turn Your Pain into Power: Personal challenges or the loss of loved ones can be your
greatest motivation. I chose to make every kilometer I ride a tribute to my father’s
memory (may God have mercy on him), and that is what gives me strength when I feel
tired.
● Courage and Decision-Making: Sports teach you how to make decisions in the
toughest moments. Be brave in facing your fears, and start today rather than tomorrow
